5. Without making any changes the machine can work on cylinder , oval , square and rectangular shaped bottles.

8. Pneumatic system  and connectors (SMC-Japan ).
9. An elevator is connected to the machine.

1. Automatic Screw Capping Machine: This machine is designed for high-speed production lines. 2. Semi-Automatic Screw Capping Machine: This type of machine requires manual intervention for cap placement. The operator manually positions the caps on the bottles, and then the machine engages to perform the screw capping process. 3. Inline Rotary Screw Capping Machine: This machine is equipped with a rotary system that handles multiple bottles simultaneously. The bottles move along the conveyor, and the caps are sorted and placed onto the bottles using a rotating turret mechanism. The machine then screws the caps onto the bottles as they rotate, ensuring efficient and continuous capping.

4. Overhead Screw Capping Machine: In this type of machine, the caps are placed on the bottles from above. The machine uses a descending head or chuck mechanism to lower and apply the caps onto the bottles. It provides a secure and tight seal by precisely screwing the caps onto the bottles, and it is commonly used for products with taller or irregularly shaped containers.
